DUSK accepts orders through our online store using the payment methods available at checkout.

Cancelling Your Order

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at duskbrode@gmail.com with your order number.

We will do our best to cancel your order before dispatch, although we cannot guarantee cancellation once your order has been processed or dispatched.

For online purchases, you generally have a 14-day legal right to cancel from the day after you receive your goods, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Refunds

Where a cancellation is made under your statutory cancellation rights, we will provide the applicable refund using your original payment method. Standard delivery costs will also be refunded where required by law.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
